The key function of Team Lead is to motivate, lead and guide the Financial Reporting Team and ensure that the team successfully deliver the results.
Team Lead will communicate and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure Financials are prepared, analysed and presented to Head – Financial Reporting & Accounting Compliances for review in a timely manner.
Skills:
- Handled a team earlier,
- Detail-oriented, knowledge of accounting procedures and financial reporting practices
- Understanding of software and database systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements:
- ACCA Member with 4 to 5 years of work experience
