The Opportunity

The Adelaide OneAssurance team bring this to life by offering an integrated approach to risk that helps our clients build a resilient and successful business. This involves identifying and maximising opportunities, protecting reputation, mitigating downside threats and designing and implementing an optimised control environment. We also provide assurance on the financial performance and operations of our clients, helping our clients identify and manage risks throughout their entire business, integrating with other teams in the business to use new technologies for our clients to also better understand their data.
As a Senior Consultant, your impact will be seen by working closely with Managers and Directors to help our clients gain an understanding of commercial issues facing their business, alongside the delivery of the audit. You will be supervising engagements and building client relationships. You will identify priority areas of risk and process improvement by understanding an organisation's financials, objectives, and more.

- Lead teams in the delivery of engagements
- Research and provide advice to clients on issues as well as addressing client requests for assistance on a timely basis
- Act as a mentor and coach to staff and help them with their career growth
- Have genuine ability to engage and influence client conversation
- Have a positive "can do" attitude to challenges and the agility to multitask effectively across competing priorities
- Demonstrate a core competence in external audit / risk and controls assurance / internal audit.
- Work closely with managers / directors on engagements, identifying potential problem areas or budget difficulties.
- Build internal relationships.
