Job Description

As an experienced Accountant you'll work closely with our Client Services Manager, building strong customer relationships with existing and new clients gaining insight into their needs and delivering customer-centric solutions.

Drawing from your existing experience you'll know the key points of the LPA and Fee Agreements. You'll manage the distribution of information to investors, including capital calls, distribution notices, performance reports and K-1s using Investran and review fees to ensure they are accurately raised to facilitate a swift collection.

You’ll need to be thorough in all you do from analyzing financial statements, working on various reports and financial records and ensure all client balance sheets and income statements are accurate.

You’ll be highly organized, pay close attention to detail and know your subject matter as you will be dealing with the reconciliation of daily and monthly accruals, management fees and other recurring accruals. Another string to your bow will be to record all accounting transactions of the funds including waterfall calculations.

Knowing how to foster open dialogue, work collaboratively and instilling trust, through honesty integrity and sincerity will be a key requirement. As you share your knowledge and expertise to up-skill less experienced members of the team in areas such as the preparation of financial reporting, the closing process, VAT and tax returns and tax provisions.

  • CPA qualification
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting
  • 2-3 years of prior Private Equity experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel including pivot tables
  • Investran experience
