Management Accountant

This is an excellent opportunity for a Management Accountant to be based in Medway - Kent - Accounting and Finance - Commerce and Industry

Client Details

Description

Produce annual and monthly Management Accounts

Assist in the preparation of the annual statutory accounts

Undertake monthly contract reviews

Balance Sheet Reconciliations and variance Analysis

Review & authorise the payment of invoices / PAYE and VAT calculations

Review all capital expenditure requests

Provide financial support to all areas of the Group

Assistant in the Production of annual budgets for the Group

Manage the procurement process and oversee the procurement programme.

Run a series of Internal audit reviews on an on-going basis

Work with the Financial Controller to strengthen finance systems and controls

Manage the audit process and liaise with external auditors

Other duties appropriate to the level of this role.

Profile

Able to build effective relationships between the Accounts department and the wider business

CIMA / ACCA Part Qualified

Excellent organisational skills

Good attention to detail

Strong communication skills

Sage 50

Excel (Pivot Tables/Vlook Ups)

Competent in the use of computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
