Financial Controller

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working on an exclusive basis with a well established Manufacturing Business in Sheffield. They have grown substantially to a turnover of over £10 Million and have almost trebled their headcount over the last 10 years.

Reporting directly into the Managing Director you will oversee a team of 4 accounts staff and will be responsible for running the entire finance function.

Duties & Responsibilities will include:

- Full production of Monthly Management Accounts for the business
- Producing any variance analysis and any related commentary
- Balance Sheet Reconciliation's
- Managing all aspects of transactional finance
- Applying for available grants
- Assisting with the implementation of a new accounting software package
- Taking an active stance on driving efficiencies across the business and formulating cost saving strategies
- Product costing
- Day to day management of accounting staff
- Budgeting and forecasting

To be considered for this role you MUST have the following:

- CIMA, ACCA OR ACA qualification/ Would also consider Qualified by Experience
- 5+ years experience working up to Management Accounts level
- Previous experience with the Manufacturing/ Engineering sector
