Key Responsibilities

• Playing an integral part in supporting Head of finance
• Budgeting for South East housing development plans with international FC
• Assist with the preparation of year end accounts
• Attend KPI briefings- reviewing the status of each major project with Senior Finance and suggesting areas for improvement
• Monthly board pack preparation with HOD's
• Oversee production of monthly reports - overhead cost reports, P and L accounts, balance sheets
• Prepare forecasting for new ventures undertaken identifying key areas for improvement
• Ensure operating units properly report on time and up to standards of the company
• Aiding in the development of the finance team including three qualified accountants

What you will need

• ACA /ACCA or CIMA qualification
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ambition and a drive to succeed
