AVP - Account Services, Securities Operations

Roles and Responsibilities

Process account opening, closure and maintenance for Equities and Futures/FX timely and accurately.
Perform reconciliation checks to ensure no delay in processing and notifications to customers.
Update management statistics for management reporting on monthly basis/adhoc basis.
Attend to internal and external customers' queries received from internal Business Units.
Ensure standard operating procedures are followed.
Perform adhoc assignments as maybe assigned by Team Lead from time to time
Preparation of test script for UAT
Execute UAT test cases and highlight issues pertaining to testing.

Qualifications
Requirements

Positive attitude.
Effective communication skills.
Eye for details and meticulous.
Able to work overtime.
Pro-active with the ability to work independently and also a strong team player are essential attributes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Proficient in Client Accounting Systems, SGX systems and Futures/FX systems are added advantages.
Candidates from securities/brokerage back office experience are added advantages
