The purpose of this role will be to coordinate the creative implementation of our client's strategic marketing plan. By leading the Creative Services team, this key individual will play an essential role by bringing together the individual sub-teams: digital, publications and advertising, design and events.

This role will work with the relevant Account teams to understand the brief of work and then manage the Creative Services team to develop and build creative materials that deliver against the brief.

The new Head of Creative Services needs to have a financial services background. Having worked in an agency as an Account Manager/Director in the past could be hugely beneficial as you will have taken responsibility for managing projects, managing people and overseeing creative campaigns across all mediums. Being multi-disciplined with the ability to holistically see the broader picture is key. Our client needs someone who has strong stakeholder management skills and is digital advanced. This individual must have a broad understanding of brand, design, advertising, social and print, whilst having the ability to get their direct reports to think more innovatively and more digitally.

Being a quick learner is crucial. Strong people and process management is key.
