This key business leader will work in concert with operationalleadership to identify financial opportunities to enhance operationalefficiency and improve the organization's profitability. This position will bea key participant in the financial organization's succession planning at theDivision with additional opportunities throughout the global company.

Lead monthly closeactivities to ensure books are closed timely and accurately Report pre-month,mid-month, and actual results of operations Lead financial planningactivities including monthly forecast, annual budget and strategicplanning processPartner with the PlantManager to monitor plant performance and identify ways to improve cost Monitor internal controlstructure to ensure compliance with internal accounting policies. Perform financial analysisfor capital and savings projects to ensure accountability of projectleadersMonitor working capital toensure targets are met Develop standard costs toensure accurate costing of all products manufactured Teach and coach a staff ofthree people Perform other duties and adhoc analysis as assigned
Essential Skillsand Experience:
10+ years of progressiveaccounting/finance experience requiredBachelor's Degree inAccounting/Finance or related field requiredStrong knowledge costaccounting, financial planning & analysis, and general ledger accountingwithin a manufacturing environment requiredUnderstanding of SarbanesOxley and its application in a manufacturing environmentComputerskills: MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, SAP and HyperionFinancial ManagementPriorsupervision of accounting staff as an Accounting Manager, PlantController, or Financial Analyst.Priorexperience with forecast and budget development

Six Sigmagreen belt status preferredMaster'sDegree preferredCPA preferred
