Client Profile - Leading Irish PLC, Dublin South Our client is a hugely successful company with operations around the globe.  They currently require an Accounting Manager in their Head Office.  This role will give the successful candidate an overview and detailed knowledge of one of the leading PLC's in Ireland.  It offers an ambitious, progressive Qualified Accountant the opportunity to take on a busy and varied position within a leading company. Role: Accounting Manager The Accounting Manager will sit on the Head Office team and work very closely with the controller to ensure that the accounts are completed on time, accurately and in line with group principles.  Specific areas of responsibility include: Leading fiannce team Monthly Management Accounts Preparation Budgeting and forecasting Financial analysis Maintaining strong and effective relationships within the Group Implementing control improvements Internal and external audit management This is a high profile role within the group and is an excellent opportunity to make a move into a leading organization. Candidate Profile Qualified accountant with 3 years PQE Excellent reporting skills and technical accounting knowledge 2 years' experience in managing a team of people Excellent analytical skills Results orientated Proven track record in introducing process improvements Previous experience in financial planning and analysis Excellent technical abilities Strong financial acumen and the ability to perform a hands on role Excellent communication, customer care  and people management skills Excellent planning, organisational and leadership skills Strong IT and Excel experience Interested in this position?
