We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experience HR professional to join our team to actively manage, drive an expand the development of value added HR Solutions to a variety of clients and sectors. The Role Ideally, applicants should be a Qualified HR Professional and have 4 + years previous relevant experience. Based in Athlone, the successful person will work closely with Partners and key responsibilities include: Manage the delivery of an effective, efficient, value-adding outsourced HR Consultancy service to the Firm's clients. Provision of high end strategic consultancy support services to clients including but not limited to change management programmes, re-organisations, performance and talent management, performance improvement and reward management. Provide proactive HR guidance and support managing complex employee relations issues in conjunction with our clients policies and procedures and in accordance with legislative requirements. Attending client's premises to support clients employee / industrial relations and ongoing contact interactions to ensure best practice. Management of the HR Helpdesk Service offering. Leading HR  audits on client sites. Build relationships with clients to understand their needs and develop appropriate HR solutions. Identifying new business opportunities an to existing relationships within the firms client portfolio. Staff management and development. Preparation of HR newsletters and updates. Develop and maintain strong, effective working relationships with the internal team. Focus on achievement of fee targets. Executive Search & Selection and client recruitment campaigns. Develop and maintain talent management software. Key Requirements Experience operating within a consultancy environment a distinct advantage. Demonstrate proven knowledge of employment law and industrial relations processes Significant experience of managing complex employment / industrial relations issues including the negotiation of critical matters Experience of third party forums - LRC/WRC/Labour Court Excellent communication across written, verbal and visual mediums Be extremely driven and motivated to succeed in an extremely fast paced environment Team player with ability to work on own initiative Ability to prioritise workloads, under pressure in conjunction with deadlines Adopt innovative problem solving / creative thinking techniques Full clean driving license For a confidential discussion, please contact Karen Buckley on 090 64 80600
