The Role BNP Paribas are looking for a recent graduate to join their Hedge Fund Services Department on a permanent basis. We are looking for a graduate who is strong, bright and ambitious with attention to detail and has the ability to work in team in a busy, dynamic operational environment. As a graduate you will learn and develop new skills for this role to ensure that you can support and assist the Transfer Agency Team. Key Responsibilities Enter and maintain investor's data on transfer agency systems. Communicate with hedge fund clients and investors. Process capital transactions for hedge funds (subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and switches). Respond to standard queries and requests from investors in a timely and efficient manner. Transcribe data from hedge fund application forms & dealing instructions received from investors onto various transfer agency systems. Maintain client accounts on the systems to ensure that details are correct and up to date. Amend and upload changes under strict operating procedures as defined by company policy. Liaise with various internal BNP Paribas teams. Education/ Qualifications Third Level Qualification - require at least 2.2 final degree grade Financial Services or Business Degree will be advantageous Work experience No relevant work experience required but an internship in Financial Services or Business Sector will be beneficial. Skills/Knowledge Experience with Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Accounting, Finance and Investment concepts will be of value.
