You will be part of a wider central team with a regional focus. Working closely with Tax Delivery Team Regional colleagues, you will support and deliver documentation essential to the business, by way of Standard Operating Procedures. This role is pivotal in supporting and assisting in the provision of documenting accounting information necessary for direct and indirect taxes, and other taxes.

Description

  • Working with both the Finance Organisation and local the Tax Outsourcer to document the agreed tax compliance timetable, considering tax filing deadlines in the form of Standard Operating Procedures

  • Support the documenting of the localised 'gather' activities across indirect tax, direct tax, cash tax, Other Taxes & tax reporting as well as other information required in the form of Standard Operating Procedures

  • Assist TDT analysts with documenting the supporting information required for tax technical analysis by the Tax outsourcer

  • Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders as necessary to ensure appropriate documentation review and sign off, in line with agreed project timeframes

  • Provide Business Readiness updates on documentation status and readiness from a project stage gate perspective

  • Upload the reviewed documentation into the relevant systems utilising the automated workflow to achieve documentation approval

  • Communicate with key stakeholders to ensure their understanding of and commitment to the approval process

  • Work collaboratively with the outsource provider and other Finance stakeholders to support delivery of local tax requirements documentation

  • Play a significant role in the documentation of the transition of activities and knowledge transfer into GFS centres, working with local finance teams, and central tax transformation centre of excellence

Profile

A passion for stakeholder management and business engagement, self-motivation attention to detail, and a commitment to team work are key.

The role provides excellent global project exposure working in a large multicultural environment as part of a significant deployment project. Experience of tax is helpful but not required.

  • 3 years' experience of working within multinational large project environments

  • Organisational and process management capability, process improvement mindset

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tax compliance events

  • Experience of working in an international organisation, including building relationships remotely and cross culturally

  • Good communication skills essential

  • Ability to work well in and across diverse global teams

  • English Language proficiency, both verbally and written

Job Offer
