My client is looking for a Payroll Administrator to take full control of the payroll and provide end to end support for the small team there.
The client is a growing/medium sized business based in South Manchester. They have a small team with a real family feel about them.
- Checking supplier invoices posted onto Sage system and exporting authorised invoices to the online banking system
- Checking timesheets for payroll (twice per month)
- Processing Payroll through Sage Payroll in line with agreed payroll dates (twice per month)
- Processing Pension reports and payments in line with agreed payment dates
- Other ad hoc duties required by either the Accounts Manager or CEO
- Sage Payroll
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in Microsoft word and Excel
The successful candidate will receive a salary paying up to £23,000 with brilliant company benefits.
