To do assessments of applications for Home Improvement Finance in line with credit policy. Updating of system and analyzing the information before final outcome of applications to merchants.
- Accountability : Conduct Assessments
Conduct quality check on all documentation received from merchants.
Conduct an affordability check to establish as to whether the client qualifies for the product.
Monitor turn-around times of applications.
Forward all successful applications to payout consultants for finalization of application.
Ensure the correct installment date is captured correctly
- Processes and Procedures
Ensure one's knowledge is up to date with processes and procedures
Ensure all procedures are followed according to policy and process
Identify process and procedures improvements and make recommendations to team leader for approval and implementation
- Risk and Compliance
Adhere to the NCA and NCR compliance rules and regulations and company, credit policy and business rules
Conduct authentication on clients
Ensure all regulatory requirements are adhered to
