Join a high calibre team of like minded people with the opportunity to obtain ownership of a large and complex portfolio of clients in the capacity of Audit & Accounts.

Excellent scope for progression

Prepare audit files to partner review level, undertaking audit planning and fieldwork with limited assistance
Delegate work to audit junior and review audit work undertaken by them
Complete draft year-end accounts for limited companies from client records,
Correspond with clients as necessary to obtain all the required information
Be willing and able to train other members of the team and motivate them to achieve their potential
Be confident and interactive with clients from identifying potential new business, to marketing to prospects.
Have a good understanding of a variety of accounting packages such that you could determine transactions from them
Be able to assist (with training if necessary) clients on new business software, internal controls and procedures and getting the best from their own resources

Profile

ACCA/ACA Qualified

Previous exposure of working in an accountancy practice

Be confident in your own ability, yet recognise the need for, and have the desire for personal growth

Demand a high standard of work from yourself

Have general business awareness gained either in a commercial organisation or a business-orientated accounts practice.

Feel comfortable (with development if necessary) in selling yourself and the business to new clients and building an existing client base.

Be team orientated, need to get involved and recognise that your personal drive and example will influence your own and team's performance

Enjoy working to deadlines and are focused enough to want to exceed the most unreasonable customers demands

Career minded, dedicated and willing to prove your worth.
