Axon Moore are working with a professional organisation who are looking to appoint an Interim Finance Manager. The role reports in to the Finance Director and is based in Harrogate.Responsibilities:• Preparation of year end accounts• Monthly management accounts• Financial analysis of management information• Manage and mentor a small team• Preparation of cash flow statement• Ensure the preparation of quarterly VAT returns in line with current tax legislation, submission of returns, communication with HMRC and timely payment of tax due• Effectively building working relationships with both employees and external contacts• Ad hoc projects as requiredThe Ideal Candidate:• Qualified Accountant ACA / ACCA / CIMA• Self-motivation and excellent time and project management skills• Excellent written and interpersonal skills• Strong Microsoft Office skills
