Finance Manager - Hertford - £50,000

Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: Hertford

Salary: £50,000 Per Annum

Contract: Full Time

A Dynamic and growing firm are looking for an experienced, intelligent and ambitious individual who is seeking an active financial role, to hold full responsibility for all areas of finance within the business.

The ideal Candidate will have Practice and Management experience, proficient in reporting and advanced knowledge of Excel. Will have experience in managing and motivating employee's and be qualified in ACCA, ACA or CIMA

The Job:

·Manage / Motivate the Finance team

·Support staff with day to day queries and change management

·Set up process & systems for financial and operational reporting

·Review monthly management accounts

·Responsibility for general ledgers

·Providing financial advice

·Liase with HMRC as and when required

·Manage the cash flow

·Responsible for all aspects of annual audit of financial statements

·Support senior staff

·Ensuring all finance transactions and processes are compliant in relation to best practise & legislation

·Liase with external customers

·Provide Financial support and advice management as required, working closely with the Financial Director.

Skills/ Experience required:

·Qualified (ACCA, ACA or CIMA)

·Experience at a similar level

·Use of (Excel advanced, Dimensions, Select Pay, PTX, Xero & FreeAgent)

·Experience with responsibility for a financial function and staff

·Hands on accounting skills

·Excellent time management skills are essential

·High level of attention to detail

·Ability to maintain positive relationship's

·Excellent MS office skills - Especially advanced Excel and data analysis

·Organised and methodical

·Practise Management experience, Ability to interpret legislative changes
