Preparation of financial appraisals and demo graphical analysis. Liaision with non finance on a daily basis Review, monitor and report on financial and operating performance of acquisitions and developments post completion Profile ACCA / ACA / CIMAExpertise in Microsoft office products and demographic toolsStrong financial analytical skillsStrong demographic analytic skills, including working with large data setsAble to build business cases based on current and changing environmentsSelf motivatedHighly organised and flexible with the ability to deliver to tight deadlines.
