  • You will be the responsible Project Manager for this 18 month Fixed term contract

Client Details

This role works in one of the worlds largest Financial Shared Service Centres, providing transactional back-office financial services to companies.

The consolidation of transactional activities under one roof, they takes advantage of volume to deliver increased efficiency, and effectiveness. This is achieved by standardising, streamlining and aligning relevant processes, and introducing tools & technology to drive effectiveness across our operations. By taking over transactional financial activities, my client allows our agencies to focus on commercial activities, client management and revenue / cost management.

My client was established in 2011. There are offices in Australia, India, Malaysia, Mexico, Spain, the UK and the USA, and have recently started in Venezuela.

My client based in Ealing has a clearly defined Target Operating Model, SLA migration methodology that we will use for all future deployments.

Description

Plan: Creating a plan that will deliver the agreed outcome of the implementation of the ERP system.

Establish a plan that links the deliverables of the operating companies to my client.

Track: Establish a tracking process for all agreed deliverables, issues and resolution commitments.

Process: Understand the processes that will be delivered by the new system

People: Coordinate catch-ups/meetings with internal and external teams to ensure all teams are aligned on the deliverables on a weekly basis

Alerts: Establish an alert process that highlights when deliverables are slipping or that a rephrase or plan may be required.

Communication: establish a weekly update to internal and external stakeholders

Coordination: Establish a process that ensures all internal and external stakeholders are prepared for upcoming activities and tasks

Sign-off: Track completion targets and when processes and sub-processes within the deliverables are delivered, obtaining formal sign off by all parties

Profile

The successful system accountant will have:

  • Prior system ERP implementation exposure
  • Will be fully qualified
  • Lead a system implementation project from end to end
  • Be able to commit to an 18 month FTC (reporting to the CEO)
