Financial Controller - FMCG

Reporting into the Finance Director, the Financial Controller will take responsibility for a range of commercial activities to drive this FMCG business forward in Thatcham.

Description

As the Financial Controller you will be responsible for a number of activities including leading the month end process, providing analysis to support the management accounts, as well as supporting sales and marketing with commercial activities. As this Financial Controller role will involve working heavily with sales and marketing, you will be building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to highlight opportunities, risks and issues. As well as leading the month end process and compiling the management accounts, you will be providing quality financial analysis and commentary and heavily engage with sales and marketing teams.

Profile

Applicants for this Financial Controller role based in Thatcham should be qualified accountants (ideally CIMA or ACCA), with demonstrable experience working in FMCG or Manufacturing. Candidates will be capable of working with non-finance as well as senior stakeholders and have strong communication skills.
