Successful candidates will have experience in the following areas: Structuring, modelling and arranging finance for deals. M&A, company and opportunity valuation. Sensitivity analysis. Representing the business at all relevant meetings, in Ireland and internationally. Development of commercial strategy. Requirements for this Role Due to growth, our client has openings at levels for those with 3-10 years experience and with a background in the following areas: Ideally ACA (corporate finance or Industry audit trained) or CFA qualified. Infrastructure & Investment finance. Engineering background. Debt & Deal Structuring background. About Our Client International infrastructure and investment firm.
