Accounts Payable and Cashiering Manager

A top international Law Firm is looking to recruit an AP & Cashiering Manager to join their prestigious London offices on a 6 month contract basis. This is a great opportunity to combine your skills and join a busy team where you will be involved in a fast moving environment, splitting your time evening between Team Management, Accounts Payable, Cashiering & Client monies and Accounting support to London Accountants. You will be joining a large established firm with offices located in Beijing, Dubai, Hong Kong, Monaco, Paris, and Singapore. The AP & Cashiering Manager will have 5 direct reports and will predominantly require you to supervise and manage the London based Accounts Payable & Cashiering team. The role will also involve you to agree and monitor KPIs and objectives set for the team, challenge current processes to improve efficiency and accuracy, ensure the third party supplier queries and statements have been reviewed, ensure residual balances are reviewed, act as a key contact point during annual SRA audit and develop relationship with the banking manager. To be successful for this role you will have experience of working in Accounts Payable Workflow systems and a minimum 2 years' experience of managing a team. You will be a qualified AAT or part-qualified CIMA/ACCA who is driven, highly numerate, has great attention to detail with intermediate excel skills.
