Assistant Sales Accounting Manager

岗位职责:
POSITION:

Responsible for the retail sales income reconciliation and T&E matters for the Company and its branch offices.

FUNCTIONS:
1.Assist on sales ledger manager for Asia Pacific Share Service Project;
2.Review retail sales entries and income reconciliation in other subsidiaries of Asia Pacific;
3.Improve and optimize process related to sales in other subsidiaries of Asia Pacific;
4.Review the retail account analysis report prepared by the team members;
5.Supervise the outsourcing team on the project of T&E;
6.Keep close communication with counterparties in subsidiaries in case of any matters related to the store operating reflect the sales accounting.
7.Assist on the new project go life;
8.Other ad hoc tasks where necessary.
任职资格:
REQUIREMENTS
1.At least 5 years' working experience, preferably with specialization in Retail business sales bookings.
2.A bachelor or higher degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant subjects.
3.Fluency in Mandarin and English.
4.CPA would be a plus.

EDUCATION:

A bachelor or higher degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant subjects.

OTHER KNOWLEDGE:

PC skill (MS-word, excel, PPT)
Knowledge of Retail business is a plus
Knowledge of PRC Accounting Policies and IFRS.
