This role is looking for an immediate start Billings Assistant to join this fast growing business starting as an interim with the potential to go permanent.
The Client is a large South Manchester based business looking to recruit on a temporary basis to assist with their heavy workload.
As the Billings Assistant your main responsibilities will include
- Dealing with a large amount of company invoices
-Preparing excel spreadsheets
- Managing client portfolios
- Ensuring payments are made on time
The successful candidate will have/be
- Organised and efficient
- Be able to handle a heavy work load
- A strong telephone manner
- Work well with in a team as well as on their own
A Salary of £17,000- £20,000 + Holiday Pay
