Continuous Excellence Lead / Continuous Improvement Lead We are recruiting for a Continuous Excellence (CE) Leader who is responsible for finalising the Goal Alignment (GA) methodology, then training, coaching and assessing CE Champion within Kerry Business Services sites. Responsible for Continuous Excellence of the HR 'Hire to Retire', End-to-end (Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to cash (O2C), Record to report (RTR), Time to Pay process mapping and improvement along with the Finance and HR GPOs as well as with Business Services and Functional Leadership. Description and Responsibilities About the role Is accountable for the development of the GA KBS Teams and subsequent competence building of all members Is responsible for delivering Lean-Six Sigma end to end process improvement in line with KBS remit (Global Process Owner's (GPO) and KBS service lines) Responsible for developing, training, coaching and assessing CE Goal Alignment Champions in all KBS Sites Develop (in line with KPS and other known successful practice) GA training, coaching and assessment strategy and framework Develop the GA Roll-out plan Deliver appropriate training and coaching to transfer GA knowledge to GA Champions within KBS sites Perform regular GA assessment to ensure the calibration on GA methods, coaching and knowledge sharing Support the GPO process design optimization roadmap: Process mapping workshops plan, output planning and waste elimination Promote and align methodology and approach, including delivery of "Belts" training driving third parties certification (white, yellow and green belts) Qualifications & Experience Certified Master Black Belt, Black Belt Mandatory expert and proven knowledge in "Focused Improvement", proven track record Knowledge of the Kerry business model, organisation and culture, Kerry Leadership principles and Kerry Business Principles Coaching methods and techniques Strong understanding of Change Management, process improvement and business transformation Excellent understanding of value for customer/consumer Good knowledge of GA in specific: Master Planning, Measures definition, Operations Reviews (huddles), problem solving, Continuous Improvement. Mandatory Previous significant functional exposure in a GBS organization, global or in a very large SSC, and /or Lead extensive end-to-end sustainable process improvements with proven track record Business Services, Shared Services, Group Business Services experience. 40% Global Travel required with this role To apply for this position please click here
