Finance Manager

Harper May is currently working with an exclusive, luxury group of high end spa resorts based in central London. This exuberant and lavish group of bespoke spa resorts are renowned for their Michelin star restaurants and five star properties which boast histories of opulence and decadence. Winning annual awards for both accommodation and catering, the true highlight of the business is its industry leading treatments and therapies. With plans to expand internationally this year, this exciting UK brand is now looking for a Finance Manager to join their growing team in the Kensington office. The role will involve overseeing the expansion into Europe and will oversee the production of investment appraisals and approvals for new international sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Producing investment appraisals and profitability analysis for new international and UK resorts
• Ensuring accurate budgeting and forecasting for the resorts
• Business partnering with the site managers, marketing and sales teams
• Will produce management information packs that will be reviewed by the board
• Analysis of development options in regards to the European market
• Producing cash flow forecasts for the UK resorts
• Overseeing the development of a small team of accountants

Desired Skills and Experience

• Is ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified
• Has experience within the property or leisure industry
• Previously has had experience in a similar position
• A university degree would be highly advantageous
• Has an analytical mind with strong numerical skills
• Highly-motivated and pro-active self starter
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
