Commercial Finance Manager

SF Group are recruiting for a premier professional services business based in Birmingham who are keen to bring on board a Commercial Finance Manager who will act very much as a Finance Business Partner, main duties will include:

• Provide support and management to the commercial finance team and non finance stakeholders
• Management of one direct report
• Develop and challenge budgets for the non finance stakeholders under your remit
• Deliver the budget and forecasting process across your non finance stakeholders
• Assist in the creation of business cases to support key proposals within the company
• Provide meaningful management information to support commercial decision making
• Identify opportunities to improvement performance within your chose business units
• Assist and educate non finance stakeholders in financial discipline and commercial acumen
• Analysis on WIP billing, debt and cash issues
• Play a pivotal role in the reporting and analysis of business unit reporting
