Description
- Assist in strategy and direction for the business
- Understand and anticipate the needs of all operational areas
- Interpret data, order and assess its value and present findings to Directors
- Draw on data, selecting the appropriate tools to manipulate, analyse and interpret it
- Coach and motivate Directors, Commercial Manager and senior management
- Analyse and deliver insight that links financial reports to business objectives
- Build partnerships and strong relationships with all areas of management
- Play a key role in the annual budgeting and forecasting process
Profile
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
- Open to considering newly qualified ACA making the first steps into industry
- Mixture of analytical, commercial and communication skills
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to analyse data
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; plus the ability to express financial information to non-financial colleagues
