Job Description Summary
The purpose of the Commercial Banking (CB), Finance & GCT CCOR team is to enable the Group to become the Bank of the Future by providing agile oversight with insight. The team play a crucial part in delivering non-biased oversight and evidence of challenge of the Business Areas. This isn't about following a process - it's about all of us doing our best for our customers and the Group.

Job Description

Colleagues in Conduct, Compliance & Operational Risk (CCOR) oversight and challenge 1st line risk colleagues in the execution of effective risk management, promoting the CCOR vision of keeping our customers, our shareholders the Bank safe. They also help the business to implement the One Risk & Control Self-Assessment strategy, providing education and support where necessary.

About your role:

The team provides oversight of the CB, Finance & GCT Business Areas as they build the Bank of the Future for our customers. You'll support the team through continuous risk management and oversight & challenge of the business unit processes and products. This means working closely with risk colleagues as well as the business teams.
