Change have exclusively partnered with a leading organisation based in the outskirts of Glasgow who are looking for a Newly Qualified Accountant to join their established finance team on a permanent basis. This is a newly created role to further support the finance team and the Financial Controller as they continue to grow.
The main duties are:
· Preparation and production of monthly and financial management accounts
· Develop, improve & embed commercial performance reporting.
· Reconcile Balance Sheet Accounts
· Produce, and analyse, monthly and quarterly reports.
· Assisting with company budgets and forecasts.
· Providing ad-hoc support to senior management
· Supporting and mentoring junior members of staff
The successful candidate should ideally have:
· Have worked in a similar role previously, within a small finance function.
· Have excellent communication skills, aswell as strong analytical skills
· Be able to work independent and unsupervised at times.
