JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for full set accounts of the company.
- Responsible for monthly financial and management reports, forecasts and budget, analysis of the actual and costing.
- Responsible for tax compliance and incentives.
- Formulate and monitor operational measurements, tracing and benchmarking and improve financial and operational controls and procedures on an ongoing basis.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents and other government authorities, bankers and forwarding agent.
- Implement internal control policies, procedures and reporting requirements.
- Human resource payroll management.
- To prepare all the shipping documents.
- To responsible for accurate and proper bank reconciliation.
- Repo ensure timely and accurate payment of creditors.
- Responsible for supporting credit controls on collections.
- Checking accuracy and content of expenses claim by staff.
- Responsible for ad-hoc management reports.
- Inventory control.
- To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Possesses a minimum degree of accounting professional certificate.
- At least 5 years of working experience in related fields (with audit background is preferable).
- Able to communicate in Bahasa and English.
- Good command of Mandarin in both reading and writing.
- Required computer knowledge in excel, words, outlook or any other accounting software (knowledge in ACCPAC software).
