Working closely with one of the tax partners, you will gain exceptional corporate experience. Managing a team of qualified tax professionals and trainees your will help the partners develop the tax function further. A sample of the areas of work undertaken by the team includes; Corporate reorganisations, restructurings and inward investment into Ireland Mergers, demerges, acquisitions, disposals, public offerings and corporate finance generally Private equity transactions Structured finance transactions including securitisations, repackagings, debt issuances and derivatives transactions Asset and project finance generally, including property transactions Domestic and international aviation finance The person This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious, career focused tax professional with a background in a big 4 or top tier legal firm with strong commercial skills.
