Bank Officer - RCU Admin Support Staff
The RCU Admin Support Staff is responsible for providing overall administrative support and assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Regulatory Compliance team.

- Update and maintain the department's website
- Update and maintain Regulatory Compliance Matrix for OCBC, OSPL and Overseas Branches
- Administer the department shared folders accesses
- Archive and retrieve back-up copies or physical files
- Provide secretarial support to RCU officers
- Assist in collating and preparing reports
- Participate in ad-hoc duties or projects
Qualifications
Requirements:
- At least 3 years' relevant working experience
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, particularly MS Excel and MS Sharepoint will be advantage
- Highly responsible/reliable, meticulous, organized individual
- Team player with a proactive and positive learning attitude
- Good interpersonal skills
- Keen interest to learn and develop individual's capabilities
