Interim Finance Manager Leasehold *12 month role*
To assist the Head of Business Partnering in delivering the internal customer facing leasehold finance function.

Key Responsibilities will include:
Develop and deliver a best of breed monthly accounts reporting process, producing accurate and timely financial information to the Finance and Leasehold Operational Management.
Manage quarterly and annual leasehold service charge accounts and statement alongside fund management and strategy.
Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial planning process for leasehold services to support strategic and operational objectives, value for money and customer services to provide high standard of customer services.
- Assist in providing the finance service for specialist leasehold housing services including management of cyclical and sinking funds, including responsibility for delivery of annual leasehold service charge statements.
Support the Finance & Leasehold teams in identifying, building and developing an extensive network of external contacts to keep abreast of best practice and benchmarking to deliver efficiencies, improvements and value for money.
- Manage the budgets, resources and priorities of the team ensuring effective and efficient use of resources to deliver agreed performance targets and customer satisfaction.
Experience in Leasehold and rent/service regulation
Experience of commercial modelling and options appraisal
An understanding of delivering value for money
