Senior Accounts Executive / Accounts Executive

Job Description :

Handle the full set of accounts on accurate and timely basis.
Assist in coordinating yearly audit exercise and preparing financial statements.
Asist in day-to-day operations and activities of accounts department.
Liaise with auditors and tax agent related matters.
Prepare and submit GST and SST returns.
Assist team in any other financial matters.
Prepare reconciliation reports.

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Degree or Professional qualification in accounting (ACCA/CIMA/MICPA or its equivalents).
Experience in listed companies will be an added advantage.
At least 3 years and above of working experience in related field
Required software skills: Microsoft Excel and Word and accounting software
Good command in English & Mandarin Speaking (will be added advantage).
Familiar with financial reporting, regulatory & tax matters in Singapore will be added advantage.
Contract basis is available, to be based in Malaysia.
Experience in using ERP Accounting system will be added advantage.
