Finance Transition Specialist

In a nutshell, this role will acquire candidate to be responsible in managing day to day finance transition activities for the new and the existing clients. Despite client engagement, senior account team liaison, setting up financial system, setting up finance processes, working with international finance colleagues and stakeholder management will be a part of this role's responsibilities

You will be able to grow and progress in this role by;

* Assisting the APAC Finance Transition Lead in finance transition activities as required
* Ensure System Setup for clients are ready prior to go live
* Become the Subject matter expert of Financial System and local finance processes in APAC
* Ensure finance process & Account PlayBook are finalised and communicated to the account team prior to go live
* Organise finance training to the account finance team prior to account go live
* Review and summarise key commercial terms in the MSA and prepare presentation decks for client kick off meetings
* Participate in monthly and quarterly forecast and annual budget exercise

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Minimum Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
* Possess professional accounting certificate (CPA / CA/ ACCA/ CIMA) will be an added advantage
* Ability to interpret contract and commercial term
* Strong attention to detail, organised and methodical in work approach, and ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure and on time
* Proficiency speaking in English & Chinese required. Ability to effectively interact with and adapt to both Asian and Western business management styles
* Analytical skills with ability to articulate business issues and encompass problem identification, evaluation, and resolution
* Experience in Finance Operation would be an added advantage
* Familiarity with JDE, iScala and Oracle PeopleSoft Finance would be an added advantage
