Based in Bristol , this reputable accountancy practice acts for a wide spectrum of clients. The firm has a wide range of sub audit turnover The client portfolio can be moulded to suit either, an all round , accounts/tax, with, or without audit, general accounting practice professional. Or a larger tier, audit focused professional, looking to diversify and work with smaller OMBs, SMEs, developing relationships and advising on a range of projects, in a role with genuine prospects for progression a you will carve a key role in this growing firm.

Description

Joining as Senior Manager with progression of offer, in the firms Bristol offices, you will take on the management of a varied portfolio, managing a client portfolio, covering a wide range of business sectors. This will be with an accounts/tax and all round service provision focus, across wide ranging clients. You will manage and oversee the delivery of accounting, taxation and other services services and provide business advice, managing staff, workload and budgets and work closely with partners on a wide range of advisory project work.

Alongside this, a key part of your role will involve developing the team, acting as a key support to the directors and building client relationships and looking to further the growth and development of the firms client base and department. The opportunity provides a genuine chance to progress with a clear path on offer.

Profile

ACA, ACCA qualified, with a strong background in practice at either Manager or Senior Manager level or salaried Associate, Director level potentially, dependent on the size of firm and background you are coming from. You will have skills managing a portfolio of mixed clients of growing, profitable limited companies and OMBs up to and/ or, over the audit threshold in size, with any mix of audit or/both, accounts, tax and advisory work. You will have a background in an accountancy firm of small, medium/large size/ Mid Tier/Top Tier environment and be looking to progress your career.

Job Offer

This Senior Manager with Progression on offer role, is offering a salary in the range of £38,000 - £48,000, plus benefits, dependent on experience and background, negotiable.
