Our client is a subsidiary of a HK listed conglomerate with diversified business portfolio around the globe. Due to business need they have newly created an Investment Manager position to provide new insight and suggestion of global investment portfolio.

about the job

Reporting to the Head of Head of strategy and investment, you will be leading a team to on all investment related activities, dealing with third parties professional and investee companies, evaluate private equity investment opportunities , conducting in-depth research on investment opportunities not limited to HK but across the Greater China and assist the team in managing the existing investment portfolio. You will be involved in the full m&a cycle with some focus on the deal sourcing, strategy and feasibility studies with group's business growth.

skills and experience required

Degree holder in Accountancy/Finance; with professional qualifications

Minimum of 8 years working experience, PRC + banking experience is a must

Analytical, independent with good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese

Candidates with ability to start immediately or within shorter notice periods are highly preferred
