Jenson Fisher, have been engaged by a highly reputable organisation based in Glasgow City Centre to recruit an enthusiastic Assistant Accountant on a full-time temporary contract for approximately 3 months. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a small friendly team.

The main duties:
  • Overseeing processing, analysis and reconciliation of income and expenditure
  • Overseeing reporting and monitoring of creditors/debtors and debt management processes
  • Overseeing cash handling and banking including bank reconciliation processes
  • Management reporting in accordance with relevant reporting cycles
  • Supporting the Finance Manager

The main requirements:
  • Previous experience of reconciliation and analysis
  • Highly proficient Excel skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • High levels of attention to details
