Our client a highly successfully and rapidly growing business are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to be based from the Aldershot, Hampshire office
Description
As a Management Accountant based from the Aldershot, Hampshire office you will be responsible for:
- Preparing draft monthly management accountants for review by Financial Controller
- Assisting the Financial Controller with preparation of quarterly management accounts and year end accounts
- Bank Reconciliations and other general reconciliations
- Assisting the Financial Controller in managing a small team
- Journals, Accruals, Prepayments
- VAT Returns and developments in VAT regulations
- Supporting non finance managers to identify variances
- Business Partner with area managers to understand budgets and accounts
- Ensure all income and expenditure is recorded accurately and timely in the accounts and reviewed in line with approved budgets
- Working with Auditors
Profile
Job Offer
Salary £30k-£35k, good benefits and hours. Hours 9-5, 35 hour week, 27 days holiday with bank holidays on top. Other perk box benefits and if your studying or want to study they can provide study support but you don't need to be studying.
