My client is a well-established and fast growing multi-disciplinary Chartered Accountants located in the Midlands that has seen double digital growth year on year since 2012. They specialise in private companies, owner-managed, entrepreneurial and family-owned businesses and they provide a range of services including audit and advisory, corporate solutions, wealth management, accounting solutions and taxation. The position:   Tax Director Midlands based | Competitive salary package This Director job will be responsible in leading and growing the taxation division within this well established and rapidly growing regional practice. If you are currently managing a team, responsible for growing your portfolio and have a proven track record in developing new and existing clients then this could be the next step in your career. Ideally candidates will have the following experience & requirements: ACA and/or CTA qualification with 10+ years PQE Currently a senior manager/director role (preferably top 20 firm) Experience in identifying opportunities within existing and new clients Excellent technical ability in corporate tax, CAT, personal tax, tax planning, VAT, R&D, and tax compliance Proven ability to manage staff, delegate, monitor and train Maintain and deliver on the compliance and other requirements of a varied client base With the support from the internal practice divisions, ensure a full service delivery for clients Proven track record of success and can demonstrate this High energy, determined and success driven individual that makes things happen Benefits: Highly competitive salary and benefits available with the company and a fantastic opportunity for career progression.
