Assistant Accounting Manager/ Accounting Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

Handle full set including prepare daily journal entries in accordance with supporting documents
Prepare monthly management reports and financial analysis on a timely basis
Prepare financial statements, statutory reports, annual/interim reports and liaise with auditor
Review and check expenses claim documents and process payments
Assist in preparing annual tax returns and liaise with tax advisor
Assist in preparation of budgeting and forecasting analysis and reports
Assist in preparation of financial analysis
Handle other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or above in accounting or equivalent discipline
At least 3-4 year of working experience related to accountant in financial industry
Can work under pressure and meet tight project’s deadline
Highly motivated, high attention to detail, ability to work closely with team members as well as independently
Proficient in English, Cantonese and moderate Mandarin
HKCPA or ACCA is preferred.
