Job responsibilities:
• Leads, manages and develops all aspects of the financial operation of Private Equity Fund, Hedge Fund as well as management entities
• Oversees compliance, operation, client services and administrative functions
• Drives both operational and financial results by working closely with partners and other senior executives
• Forges strategic partnerships and relationships with vendors, banks, investors and all other professional business partners
The applicant should meet the following criteria:
• Has more than 10 years of experience in financial leadership roles at reputable firms
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of the financial operation of Private Equity Fund and Hedge Fund
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, a self-starter with a high energy level and accustomed to working independently in a dynamic environment
• Has strong bilingual (Mandarin and English) communication and presentation skills
• A great team player, who motivates and inspires others to achieve organizational objectives
