VSR Administration & Support - Contract role

VWR International currently has a requirement for a full-time VSR (Virtual Stock Room) Administration & Support Associate to be based in the Dublin office. Travel around Ireland to customer sites will be required from time to time so a full Drivers licence is a requirement for this role. KEY TASKS - MAJOR JOB DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES • Effectively manage all VSR administration and support • Provide direction and support by evaluating all training needs and train all team members to ensure maximum  on site efficiency using VSR • Manage all administrative tasks related to VSR • Work with Account Mangers to identify commercial development opportunities and promote VSR benefits at customer sites • Acts as a liaison between the Customer, VWR Services & VWR Sales • Deputises for VMI/VSR implementation projects in times of staff shortages and/or absences • Resolve all SAP/VSR billing queries as required • Manage and coordinate consignment PI cycle counts and investigate PI cycle count discrepancies • Responsible for VSR BOM maintenance • Run VSR consumption metric reports • Perform additional metrics related to VSR functions such as monitoring slow moving and obsolete stock etc • Interface directly with offsite teams and responsible for managing consigned, non consigned, customer owned and 3rd party inventory on site where VSR is used • Support multiple customers in a geographical area • Other duties as assigned • SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE • Prior knowledge of Vendor Managed Inventory processes an advantage • Problem solving skills, ability to identify & solve issues from VMI accounts • Strong presentation and negotiation skills • Excellent customer service knowledge and experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Displays professionalism when dealing with customers & key stake holders • IT Literate - particularly Excel, Powerpoint, SAP & Word • Team Player & self motivated individual OFFER Working in a dynamic environment.
