Page Personnel are recruiting a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join a well established business in Macclesfield.

Client Details

A truly established company, and a specialist in its field, are recruiting a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their team.

Description

As a Purchase Ledger Assistant, you will report into the Finance Manager, and will be responsible for the processing of invoices.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing supplier invoices

  • Matching and coding invoices

  • Supplier queries

  • Bank reconciliation

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

  • Recent knowledge of working in a Purchase Ledger role and processing high volumes of invoices - ESSENTIAL
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLookups and Pivot Tables) - ESSENTIAL
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - ESSENTIAL
  • Excellent teamwork skills - ESSENTIAL

Job Offer
