Internal Audit Manager

Salary Range: RM10,000-RM15,000/month
Yearly Remuneration: Up to RM200,000.00

-Reports to Managing Director
- Assist as a consultant to improve efficiency and effectiveness of procedures, control, governance process and risk management.

Job Description:

• Develop full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operation's effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable SOPs, directives and regulations.
• Assess business risk and evaluates the effectiveness and adequacy of the internal control systems within the company.
• Preparation of audit reports, audit findings, risk management report and recommendations to the management.
• Perform analytical review on audit findings and make appropriate recommendations to overcome system weaknesses.
• Lead and manage team members to ensure proper execution of work and meeting the objective of the assignment within specified time frame.
• Leading and guiding the team to perform risk base audits to improve business processes and internal control mechanisms;
• Handle special ad hoc management assignments.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/ Professional qualification in Accountancy/ Banking or Auditing such as MICPA / ACCA / CIMA / CPA or CIA.
• Minimum 8 years of auditing experience with good exposure in the private/ public sectors (banking/ financial institution/ manufacturing).
• Good technical knowledge of the related Framework and Standards in ERM and Malaysia code of Corporate Governance with exposure to ISO standards.
• High level of integrity, strong communication skill and good management skill.
• Required to travel and do on-site/field audit.
• Based in Ara Damansara, Selangor.
• Preferably 35 years old and below.
