Position Overview

Reporting to the HR Director, you will contribute to the development and implementation of region-wide C&B strategies, practices and processes. You will be a key influencer for our HR Business Partners and other stakeholders in the business.

As a result of Voxpro's ongoing growth the ideal candidate enjoys working in dynamic organizations, has multi-country Compensation & Benefits experience and a proven track record of key stakeholder management at senior levels.

Responsibilities

Develop an innovative & competitive compensation & benefits program
Ensure competitiveness to attract, retain and motivate team members
Provide HR & Business Leader consultancy on C&B philosophy, programs & policies
Ensure compliance with local government laws governing both compensation and benefits practices
Responsible for annual market pricing review process & annual pay budgeting process
Deliver processes and tools that facilitate the administration of equitable quality programs and ensure a competitive market position
Analyze benefits cost and budget preparation
Supporting and advising senior managers in their decisions about compensation packages
Designing and managing annual salary and bonus review processes
Designing and implementing total reward schemes and / or flexi-benefits schemes desirable
Salary benchmarking, job evaluations and labour market surveys

Required Knowledge

Fluency in English
Minimum 5 years of Compensation & Benefits experience
Strong relevant experience, or combination of education and work experience
Experience in analysing data
Highly competent in MS Excel, PowerPoint & other analytical tools
Highly PC literate with knowledge of HRIS (Workday an advantage), reporting tools and spreadsheet applications.
You possess a natural curiosity, analytical mind, and excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task
You have a proven track record in stakeholder management & are customer focused
Innovative and assertive team player with skills to influence and communicate at all levels
Highly organized and proactive, with excellent attention to detail and drive to resolve issues
