18-24 Month Max Term Contract / Permanent

As a very experienced Program Manager within the Financial Management Group in our Project Management team, you will have demonstrated experience in driving large scale transformational programs in the financial services industry. Your experience of industry-wide regulatory, statutory or market driven change in responses by multi-national firms and/or experience specifically around LIBOR transition will be advantageous and preferred. Client service experience in influencing C level stakeholders and strong people management experience with the ability to apply agile techniques to a principal waterfall project delivery approach is required in order to be a successful applicant.

Your key areas of responsibility will include the creation and agreement of an Enterprise-wide IBOR transition project and enforcing the use of standard templates for consistent communications (i.e. status updates, risk management (RAID log) and project timelines and schedules across the program. You will chair central team working group meetings to run through progress and facilitate the close out or mitigation of issues and risks as they are raised.

You will work closely with the project owner to create steering papers required to keep sponsors and steering committee members engaged in the program and assist with making informed decisions. You will create and manage program budget tracking, communications plan, quality management plan and agree IBOR stakeholder RACI as part of the Project Charter approval.
