Job Title: Credit Controller

 

Job Location: Accra, Greater Accra

 

Job Description

• Ensure that complete, accurate, and up-to-date accounting records are maintained for all customers (Invoices and payments)
• Ensure that receivables are collected on time
• Ensure that collection targets are met on weekly basis
• Audit client accounts through field monitoring 
• Daily updating of invoices and receipts
• Preparation of monthly customer account reconciliations
• Distribution of monthly customer statements where necessary
• Management and compliance with Credit Policy Guide
• Preparation of weekly customer ageing analysis for management
• Management of fixed assets register
• Month end journals for insurance, depreciation, etc
• Management of the Insurance portfolio of the company
• Any other function that may be requested by the CEO

 

Qualification and Requirements

• A minimum of a degree is required
• At least 3-5 years work experience
